If your order fits all authorization criteria and is in stock, then all orders placed Monday – Friday will normally ship within 2 business days (note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days).

If you are Pre Ordering product, that product will deliver at the stated time frame within the description of the product.

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS services (based on your selection) and you will receive an email of the shipping confirmation that will include the shipping method and tracking number when your order(s) have been shipped (check spam/junk folders).

Note: if you have had problems with a carrier delivering packages to your address before, you may want to select the alternate carrier for delivery.

USPS (5-7 business days. Rural areas, APO/FPO/PO Box will be delivered by USPS only. Your order will be returned to sender if you attempt to select UPS for PO/APO/FPO delivery)

UPS Ground (2-4 days)

UPS 2 Day (2 business days from the date shipped)

UPS Next Day (1 business day from the date shipped)

Delivery is about 2-7 business days from shipment depending on your location in the country and service selected above. Please note that if you place a Next Day Air or Second Day Air Order after 12Noon, this order will ship the next business day. (Note: Saturday/Sunday are not business days. Next Day/Second Day orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday) Please include this time frame in your needs for expedited shipping. Saturday delivery may not be available based on carrier and is not counted as a delivery day.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS. We do ship to PO Boxes.

If RGA has delivered package to shipping address and we have confirmed picture of package left at that location, RGA will not reimburse or reship product. A police report will need to be filed or a claim can be filed from the customer with the carrier. After we have performed our duties of fulfillment and delivery, RGA is not responsible for theft.

Discount Codes Received Via Email (First Time Purchase, Abandoned Cart, AKAversary, or Text Codes) cannot be used/combined/"stacked":

*When purchasing a bundled product, sale product, or products that receives a discount when you purchase multiples i.e. Scarves, Throws, Sale Items. The discount for purchasing these items are already factored in and additional codes cannot be used/"stacked" with these purchases and the option to enter a code will not be available @ checkout.

Note: This is our system choice and when a discount has been offered on bundle/sale items we choose not to allow additional codes to be used on already discounted items.

REALGREEK will not be responsible for delays or mis shipments caused due to an incorrect address or leaving off an apartment number. If your order has shipped we cannot make changes with the shipping provider once the order has left our warehouse.

We will not reship another order. If the item is returned we can re ship (for the USPS ship rate) if it is not then no second orders will be shipped and another order will be needed. 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE USING PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. 

Shipping error caused by incorrect address or leaving off an apt # to reship will be charged USPS rate for reship.

Yes, we can monogram your blazer or woven shirt group order. Please call our office for more details.

1. Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price.

2. REALGREEK IS PLEASED TO OFFER ONE FREE RETURN PER ORDER. A RETURN LABEL WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA OUR RETURNS PORTAL (barring your return meets eligible return criteria) IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

Now we offer in perseon returns at our Returns Bar, should you choose to make an in person exchange. This process will now make for faster returns or exchange of your merchandise.

3. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. All other returns to include worn or washed product will be sent back to the customer. Unless a defect occurred as a result of REALGREEK.

5. All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.

6.We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.

7. Please note the item you are returning may be out of stock. We can only provide a refund. Shipping and handling cost will be charged on new orders.

8 Unless REALGREEK caused a problem on an order, shipping and handling charges will be billed to the customer (if under the free shipping threshold) We always suggest viewing the size chart to ensure you have the proper size for yourself or someone you are buying a gift for or simply call REALGREEK, we will be happy to answer any questions you have. The size chart is in line with all the products and should any product be different it will be advised in its description.

9. For blazer orders, since the size is custom and items are made to fit after ordering, in the event you ordered a size that does not fit, if REALGREEK does not have a replacement size in stock then the replacement will take place at the time additional blazer sizes are in.

As a benefit to AKA’s who register, travel and attend National, Regional, and leadership meetings, REALGREEK as the official merchandise of the sorority as an onsite supplier may offer a discount and/or free shipping to the members attending these functions, on site. REALGREEK will not give a discount to a product purchased online at a particular price and later offered at a meeting for the special event price. This is a benefit to active sorors who attend these functions. THIS IS A STRICT REALGREEK POLICY!

The most common error received during checkout is customers using their current living address and/or ship to address as their main billing address. If you currently live on campus, renting an apartment during school or sending a gift to someone and the credit card you use is billed to a different address; you will receive an error message during checkout. Your billing address (where your monthly credit/debit card statement is received) must be the address listed as the main/billing address in your profile. You will have the ability in your profile to add addresses where you would like goods shipped to if different than your primary billing address.
